Maker Faire Warsaw 2021 Exhibit Fees

Maker Faire Warsaw is not a trade show: makers who are participating with the primary motivation of sharing their project(s) are not asked to pay an exhibit fee. We provide these makers with exhibit space, tables, chairs, power, etc., at no cost to the maker and we ask that their focus remain on Show & Tell. We also support commercial makers who want to sell or market a paid product or service. These makers, however, are subject to exhibit fees ranging from 1000zł to 5000zł based on the exhibitor’s intentions and organization size.

Who pays exhibit fees?

  • Exhibitors attending Maker Faire Warsaw to market a commercial product
  • Exhibitors selling or promoting a paid product or service
  • Tuition-based schools and paid educational programs or camps
  • Registered non-profits attending Maker Faire Warsaw to promote their organization

Baseline exhibit fees

The fee includes exhibiting space, tables, chairs and free entry passes. The count of items is respective to the payed fee.

Exceptions:

  • Startups, established companies, and corporations do not qualify as Commercial Makers. We have other great opportunities available for you! Please submit your request after reading the Call for Sponsors and we’ll get back to you with brand activation ideas and support.

Accessible to all

If you have concerns about the affordability of Maker Faire Warsaw for your organization, we encourage you to fill out the application and give us information about your organization and your plans at Maker Faire Warsaw and we will take your situation into consideration. We do not want an exhibit fee to prevent makers from participating; we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find the appropriate fee and help you bring your project to Maker Faire.

Branding guidelines

Marketing including signage with logos or branding is reserved for paying exhibitors and must follow our guidelines; be advised that we may ask you onsite to remove signage and branding that do meet our guidelines. These guidelines do not apply to instructional signage, which we always encourage.

Power is purchased separately.
